About the role
We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition and activation for Shortifi. You’ll plan and execute campaigns across channels, optimise our funnel, and — naturally — use our own product to track every touchpoint. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution: you’ll define what we do and then make it happen.
What you’ll do
- Plan, launch, and optimise acquisition campaigns across paid search, paid social, content marketing, and partnerships
- Own the marketing funnel from awareness to activation — define KPIs, build dashboards, and report on performance
- Run A/B tests on landing pages, ad creatives, email sequences, and onboarding flows
- Manage our content calendar and coordinate with freelance writers to produce SEO-driven blog content
- Build and nurture email sequences for onboarding, re-engagement, and product updates
- Use Shortifi (our own product) for all campaign tracking and UTM management — and feed product insights back to the team
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve conversion points inside the app
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in growth, performance marketing, or demand generation at a B2B SaaS company
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and at least one other paid channel
- Strong analytical skills — you’re comfortable in Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar tools and can translate data into action
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Customer.io, Mailchimp, Resend, or similar)
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals: keyword research, on-page optimisation, content strategy
- Excellent written English — you can draft ad copy, landing pages, and email sequences that convert
- Self-starter mentality — you thrive with autonomy and know how to prioritise when everything feels urgent
Nice to have
- Experience marketing developer tools or marketing technology products
- Familiarity with UTM parameters, attribution models, and campaign tracking best practices
- Experience with product-led growth motions (freemium, self-serve onboarding)
- Basic SQL or data querying skills
What we offer
- A small, focused team where your work ships fast and matters
- Flexible remote work within EU time zones
- 28 days paid vacation
- Learning budget for conferences, courses, and books
- Modern hardware of your choice
